Amgen to Receive $2.5 Billion From Offering of Zero-Coupon Senior Convertible Notes biz.yahoo.com Selling a convert to, in part, buyback stock has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever run across. Stupid that they would actually do it or that they think anyone would actually believe that they would do it.
