So do you play the bounce or the drop? Seems to me the drop is risky with a possible division sale.

COPI is a weird one. Looks like CEI terminated their agreement, took a charge, then offered a bankruptcy deal.
The only "Q" I've followed recently is that of AQSE which was "voluntary" (sort of).

I would think that UTCI's equipment and facilities would be attractive to other players if they can't make the coated fabric sale before the clock stops...
