Would the shares automatically be worthless? First of all, they haven't filed Chpt 11. Secondly, they state that there would be shareholder dilution. For the shares to be worthless the dilution would have to be infinite. Of course if the management isn't telling the truth then... Seems to me that at 18cents a share one could put up with quite a bit of dilution/risk!
