There was a nice close to the Olympic Winter Games...

Yet, I wonder who selected KISS as a band that deserved to perform for this special audience..??...I didn't like them when I was a kid and I still don't like them now...IMO, they don't represent the best of what American music is all about...I have a hunch that musicians like Bruce Springstein, Jimmy Buffet, or James Taylor could have provided much higher quality entertainment.

Most of the musicians from around the world were outstanding...it seems like people really wanted to dance and celebrate -- IMO, they should have considered having one of the leading Latin American Salsa Bands perform...=)

Overall, I felt the Olympic events were very well run and we're fortunate that there were no security problems.

The athletes have a lot to be proud of and are great role models for countries all around the world...I look forward to the upcoming Olympic events in Greece.

regards,

-Scott

btw, it was great to see Willie Nelson perform.
