Yeah, you own CPQ and I just read in Forbes (or was it Money Mag?) that CPQ is a company to avoid on valuation. I am sure you'd love a pop from the takeover that you could sell into. Would you agree to the merger if you were not allowed to sell your shares for 3 years? Maybe the guys that control the largest blocks of shares know something? The way you attacked Walter rather than the issues says much too. Kirk
