We were discussing that, that the US doesn't want to arrest him possibly because we do not want to admit that we also make biological weapons.

You were supposedly supporting that argument. I was engaging in discussion with you, because I think that was a pretty weak argument, that it would be better to arrest him, even if it did cast a light on our bilogical weapons industry.
