What if another person's choice totally offends and repulses someone else's sense of right and wrong? Does society have a right or obligation to step in and declare what is appropriate? Society has a right to declare what is INappropriate in public Is it OK for restaurants to say "No shoes, no shirt, no service" or should they be told by the government to provide eating areas for slobs? Yes and no. Should women take their shirts off on hot summer days anywhere they wish like men do? Yes, as long as they understand the flack they will get.. Who are you to say that minors shouldn't have the same clothing choice rights as adults? I refer to MY minors.
