Slacker711, I agree about depending on much growth from India. Even if it was announced that QCOM was awarded the contract, I would want to see the payments terms before I considered it to be positive news. Anybody who has done business in India knows that a "win" can actually be a "loss" and payment terms of 9-12 months are a risky thing as well.
