Doing business in India is always fun....they always have big plans....huge plans. But I have seen a $100M deal go to $10M and then to $1M and finally end up being $200k. And even then, they will ask for terms that has them paying in 12 months which has serious revenue recognition issues. And the chances of a default on payment are high when terms are out that far.

As you point out, the rate per minute that WLL is going to charge is low. Most anybody who does telecom business in India is getting the absolutely minimal margins and often negative margins.
