What was S&P thinking when they released the rating press? I'm totally baffled by their action today. Short interest increased over 23% of float. Bonds selling in 70's cents on the dollar. Debts up to the eyeballs. Gas and electricity prices in slum. CA PUC wants to rework contracts. Who the hell will loan them $2B now? What a ficking mess!
