U believe Mirant only had to contracts with California , of which one has since expired. The exposure is minimal and I believe the chances FERC will entertain the abrogation of any of the contracts is very unlikely. They have already denied similar action previously and California will have to make a better case for fraud than an ENE software engineer, talking to an ENE energy trader in front of a urinal. TG
