John, it is legal to walk down the street with a rifle in any state in this country. I would not recommend it, however. You would get stopped. Nope. Of course you would get stopped because it is not legal, whether it's municipal ordinances or state laws, doesn't matter. You can't do it. Unless you were in the part of the country in which I grew up, rural central Texas about 20 miles from GWB's adopted home. John
