Very big move in the existing home sales market. I suppose this is going to continue and keep the prices pushing higher and higher. I was thinkging recently that this unemployment number will have to climb much higher to really slow anything down significantly. This is do to the fact that more and more homes have 2 incomes, not just 1 like 30 or even 10 years ago. So to do the same damage to the economy you would have to have twice as many unemployed. We may not have that Home bubble burst that we had talked about in the recent past. Just a thought. FT
