The lists I've provided are current to IPOs priced through November so the stocks have at least three month's history of trading. If you need to add more recent stocks, you can check out more recent IPOs at IPOcentral.com. hoovers.com I've weeded out much of the stocks below 2 1/2 bucks. It's getting difficult to delete more stocks, as many of the big names have fallen so hard. I think only one of the fiber network companies, Qwest (Q), is left from Global Crossing (GX), Asia Global Crossing (AX), Metromedia Fiber (MFNX), and Northeast Optic Net (NOPT), as one example. My old cutoff, before the bear market, was $ 5.
