By any chance, do you have a firewall on your system? That might be blocking your e-mail.

Also, try terminating everything on your system (Alt/Ctrl/Delete - End Task) except Systray and Explorer, then try forwarding the e-mail. If that doesn't work, try changing the subject line of the e-mail when you forward it (maybe a keyword in the subject is causing the e-mail to be rejected).

If none of these steps work, and Bellsouth is unable to help you resolve the problem, you might have to change e-mail servers. It appears that several other Bellsouth customers had to resort to using Yahoo, Hotmail or another service provider in order to correct this problem.
