Hi REH -- I posted several time that I thought OCCF was a bargain -- unless the fundamentals changed.

They did.

I sold a bunch a week or so after I posted this:

Based on OCCF's 10K, I'll guess they expect to make maybe $11M for the quarter -- but less for the next several quarters -- like $9M - $10M.

The 10K reference to obtaining a credit line of $20M suggests they expect to lose maybe $5M - $10M this year -- that's something like .10 - .20/share.

Then there's the little problem that Kopstein still owns 17M shares.

This is just speculation, of course. I suppose we'll know in about 2 weeks.
