As I said yesterday, I don't think the merger will be approved. In addition to that, I have concerns that Q4 earnings were inflated by some channel stuffing to paint a pretty picture with the thought in mind that all would be lost in the shuffle and/or forgiven in the wake of a successful vote.
Now, CPQ will be left in the cold to go it alone, forced to warn for Q1, AND I wouldn't be surprised to see Capellas make a decision to resign for personal reasons. I think the pressure has gotten to him, as he looked terrible last time I saw him.
