As reported at 07.52, DB Alex. Brown upgraded stock this morning to STRONG BUY from Buy. Firm believes PRGN's fundamentals bottomed in Q4 and the stock offers a very attractive risk/reward profile. PRGN currently trades at 1.9x trailing revenues and 1.7x forward revenues, an all-time historical low.
