Glenn: The consumer confidence numbers spooked me -- I lightened up on my ST long speculations and went short the market. This would not be a helpful time for the consumer to go into hibernation. Frankly I am surprised to see the soft number given all the other evidence to the contrary. But I feel like being cautious here. The market is too expensive for doubts not to weigh heavily on stock prices.
