To re-iterate, the PR was released by Morphosys, not Xoma. Any "message' implied was presumably from them and not from Xoma. You may choose to infer a broad message to putative Xoma licensees if you so wish. 'Free access', in this case, means no up front license fees for access to the Morphosys phage library. XOMA will receive license payments from MorphoSys in addition to a license to use the MorphoSys HuCAL® GOLD antibody library for its target discovery and research programs...
