Tice was on this morning.....9:56AM David Tice short IBM, BMY : In CNBC interview, Prudent Bear Fund manager David Tice says he is short IBM and BMY.

Tice said that IBM has taken 25 billion in write offs the past 10 years, they have increased the rate or return assumptions on their pension plan. If they don't pan out the pension fund will be underfunded. IBM has not been able to grow the topline, they've bought back shares and done a lot of financial engineering.
