No, its a different Cambiar:

cambiar.com You have to click on the "Manager for all seasons" text on the first page to go into the website. The president and founder (since 1973) is a guy named Michael Barish.

From the website...

<<If someone could truly predict the economic future, investing would be easy. But, in any investment climate, the only safe forecast is that conditions are going to change. Cambiar - in Spanish, "to change" - was founded with this fundamental belief as its cornerstone and namesake. Since 1973, Cambiar Investors LLC has employed a consistent yet agile investment approach that both maximizes the value of discipline and responds to changing times. Over the years, we have developed the insight to adapt our unique relative-value investment strategy to all kinds of market conditions. Just as importantly, we tailor our investment management services to meet your personal needs, goals and preferences. In today's dynamic market environment, Cambiar's flexibility provides clients the opportunity to generate returns in these changing investment climates. Cambiar is a manager for all seasons.>>

I think they are only available to institutional investors, or through a financial consultant.
