If we all turn our computers to the east at once and open the window, the resultant hyper-gale force winds will destabilize the stratosphere and the result will be planetary overspin. Cuba will detach from its roots and start moving into the centre of the Atlantic ocean and the Empire State building will screw itself into the ground. Luckily, the co-ordination of such efforts to the millisecond timing necessary is well nigh impossible. Someday, however it will probably happen by accident.
