Talked to my attorney today, the same guy that has kicked Airborne's butt 4 times,...he has bad news for me...Airborne is going to file an Appeal....I still want to see the Bond because I think they're broke...anyway March 15th, I think, is the date for the official Appeal...you bet I'll post it here...I still think they may chicken out, we'll see..
Other news from the Winner Attorney is local Airborne loser got permission to ahead with filing another or more Defamation suits against me....Looks like I pissed off Brazier, Cline, Donaway, Zech or God knows who else enough to think I defamed the CROOKS....I sure don't think I'm guilty of any defamation on ANY of my 3000 plus posts.....does anyone think I've been guilty of defamation??????? Now why would those dummies sue me again for something they know I have insurance coverage for????? That's not to bright is it????
Oh well, an Appeal and more suits will just make my SLAPP-BACK suit all that more fun...profitable also....
I'd sure like to play cards with those guys...it sure would beat selling insurance...

It doesn't matter what you think; only the jury.
I hope that they'll toss in a trademark infringement suit for posting information about their internal company manuals on this board. Damage(s) to a trademark are incalculable, so if they do file, I'll bet they go for a TRO. That'll shut you up for awhile. And if they're smart, they'll file it in Federal Court in WA. Defending those are a real b***h. And that's where your insurance company will say "Adios" and cut you loose.
You want to know what a Federal Judge is like? Ever see that Samsonite commercial with the 800 lb. Gorilla in the cage?

Are they really that stupid. They'd be running the risk of putting someone on the stand over that.
Talk about an incompetent legal department.....
Shareholder money just being flushed down the crapper chasing after someone they don't like. There should be some attorneys fired over this.

Hey, glad to see you guys still watch the board...knowing you guys are a bunch a retired attorneys, can you believe Airborne is so stupid...I don't know if it's just the Legal Dept or if it's the old Fascist management attitude from the Bob's...Anyway my vote for firing an attorney at Airborne would go to Bob Zech...his side kick Howie would be next...then the outside firm of Riddle whatever would be replaced...
You guys should find this real funny....there is a lawsuit going on again in Dallas....the attorney there would love to see me sued for Defamation....guess what would happen??? I would have a free co-counsel real quick to depose the Bob's or whoever was dumb enough to sue me...the great thing would be that I know the Bob's would play dumb like the ex leaders of Enron...then I could post the depos of the Bob's that would blame all the RFSM's and DFSM's....I hope those guys are saving all kinds of info to protect their butts...I have access to a depo of a DSFM to he says every day he sees a 3 foot stack of exception reports and then he trashes them....lots of money the IC was susposed to get....now who is going to blame who????
