Kirk,

The trading system that Don has passed along here is made up of a series of calculations taken from the daily volume and daily change of the DJIA 30 stocks. They are a series of deductive mathematical calculations that evolve into 3 sets of daily moving averages.

CLX is the first
CLXPP is the second
AYDIS is the 3rd
Each unit contains 3-10-30 dma's

AYDIS Index combines in a final calculation of the first two resulting in a CLX daily number and a CLXPP daily number and then a Net Difference of the these two.

The AYDIS dma's [3-10-30] are taken from this Net Difference figure. The 3dma of the AYDIS represents the AYDIS Index daily number.

Further insights are gained by looking at and plotting the previous 30day Off-Sets of each set particularly the 10 & 30dma's.

I believe this is correct, if not maybe the mistakes will be pointed out?

Don has been doing this by hand on graph paper for 20 years, and the use of an excel spread sheet developed here by two posters has allowed us to enter this remarkable individuals work. We have had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of a master Index trader at work.

The AYDIS is Not the only system he uses to enter trades, but it does represent the internal structure of the DJIA and a peak into the near future of the markets price swings.
