Yes, and like Skilling, she could warn that "the framers of Bill of Rights are watching." Bad market calls are protected under the the right to free speech. That's what protects this thread. The CI's are always wrong, but they have a right to be wrong.

Still, the tough questioners on the Senate Committee would be entitled to grimace at her a little to impress the viewers.
