El--My opinion only is that ISS has already issued their opinion on the date they told you, what last Friday. And it was, do not vote for the merger. They absolutely positively would not announce it to you, it would be delivered in the darkest secrecy to the people who pay them. I would assume that if the advice is not to vote for the merger, the advice will also be to sell HWP for any number of reasons which we have discussed.
