Too bad that AMD didn't give any information about the clock-speed Well the philosophy isn't the same, while P4 focus on clockspeed, Hammer focus more on IPC. IOW, what was spectacular with the P4 is it's clockspeed while we can now assume that Webber's spectacular SPECint predictions were more than wishes. AMD couldn't claim a demo at 3400+ so they prefer to remain quiet on the low clockspeed needed to acheive this. I expect to have some SPEC scores or any other performance indications during tomorrow's presentation. I wonder wich programs they've been running during the demo. Max
