Yes Tice, has found a number of companies with inflated accounting techniques.

Tice started his funds at the end of 1996, right at the time that Greenspan was openly talking about irrational exuberance. Many have theorized that the market really would have broken down into a bear market in 1997, if it had not been for Clinton's Crash Protection Team and also all the best efforts of the Investment Bankers, Tech stock CEO's and others who were able to expand the bubble over those final few years of the 1990's
