I think it fairly reflects the parity in actual
system performance.

And why do you try to switch the topic? I take it
that you have no clue in that area, and the 70A
peak current can happen on P4 0.18um under some
undisclosed workload making the real
max power to 110W, the number to be compared with
Athlon 70W.
