There always has been, and always will be homelessness in America. No secret there. To lay blame on Republican administrations is an admission that liberalism is ineffective.

Since Franklin Roosevelt, there have been six Democratic Presidents, and five Republican Presidents. The Democrats have had more years in office to eliminate poverty and homelessness.

To suggest it is a Republican problem is dishonest.

I suggest that homelessness and poverty is an American problem. That is a more unbiased view.
