Yes, TP, I have. See it all the time.

South Congress, South 1st, etc..closest to downtown.

Under the bridges. Cardboard 'living' arrangements.

The Sonic on Riverside Blvd -- that entire near-south area.

It's because there are more buildings with shelter closer to downtown ... porches, like. Roofs.

Although, of course, the police 'run them out' -- I'm sure with increasing regularity via Bush/Ashcroft police state alert.

Into jail, I guess.

So we'll have to build more prisons to house the homeless.

Sounds 'reasonable.'

Under the Bush regime.

So, we 'investors' just need to identify who are the insiders with direct access to the Bush White Houses who will get the contracts to construct more prisons.

Simple. Eh?
