Kirk, The guy against it made very simple, valid points. HWP has higher margin business and the stock should do better without CPQ earnings dillution. The guy against it ... they should have found someone more credible to represent that side of the argument. It sounded like he was saying CPQ was cheap and the PC cycle was low... Hells bells, I know some Enorn shareholders that would sell him some ENE shares and Energy is also at a low point in the cycle. Not a good argument. In the second paragraph, do you mean the guy "for" the merger? Dave
