So what changed between yesterday and today? Biotech (at least my stocks) behaved miserably yesterday given the jump in both the Dow and Nasdaq, whereas today the biotechs were great. Usually when there is a change of tone like this there is at least something one can point to. All I can think of is the IMCL/FDA meeting, but the strength happened before any news from the meeting. I suppose appointing an FDA deputy-commissioner might be viewed as a positive as well. Peter
