You believe you put on Christ in the same way Buddhists believe that some people can reach enlightenment in this life. But you can't prove it- the sameness in all "beliefs" is that they are beliefs- no matter how "real" they are to the people who believe them. You may believe you believe something very special, and very different- but I tell you, as someone looking in at belief from the outside, they all look very similar- even if you "feel" your belief is very special. I'm sure it is special to you, but to anyone else, who isn't you, or who doesn't believe like you, it isn't special.
