We have different definitions of profitability. I'm focusing on the specific line of business right down to each extra node in the network, not overall. The point isn't that I expect them to be profitable at this stage - it's far too early. The real issue is do they have a realistic roadmap to profitability on each new network deployed and commercialized. My position is that there is no path to profits because it is too expensive (BS, spectrum, labor and other deployed equip) and they are very early in application acceptance. i.e. they have no killer apps to differentiate the network.

Another way of saying it is that I believe the battle is lost before the soldiers even get to the front line. For me it's a very safe bet. To each their own.
