exp, since the NDX has done a .618 re-trace and the COMP greater than a .50 re-trace, it is reasonable to expect the Dow to do at least a .382 re-trace before resuming it's climb above the Jan. highs. That's why I do not buy the argument that this is a real bottom. How can you have a bottom when one of the leading indices hasn't even put in a .382 re-trace off it's top?

As for the Wilshire and the value indices, I think they are being pushed up by funds chasing last year's winners. I'm not reading much into that, but that's because I'm focused on the 4-major indices - the Dow, SPX, NDX, and COMP.
