REVERSE MERGER: our profile list stock CMEK (0.025 x 0.04) filed an 10K announcing they have entered into a letter of intent dated January 18, 2002, for a proposed business reorganization with Cirmaker Technology Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Cirmaker"). As proposed, the equity owners of Cirmaker will exchange all of their interest in Cirmaker for an equity interest in the Company that will represent approximately 92 percent of the issued and outstanding equity of the Company after the transaction is complete. The letter of intent also provides for a reverse split of approximately one new share for 2.47 of the old issued and outstanding shares of the Company, and it is likely the Company will change its name following the transaction. Through its Taiwanese affiliate, Cirmaker is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing, and marketing a line of telecommunications products, electronic equipment, and personal computer and home electronic components to a large number of customers located primarily in Asia and North America. REVERSE MERGER: our profile list stock AXRX (0.40 x 6.00) filed an 8K announcing they have acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Allied Med, Inc., an Oregon corporation ("Allied") in a share exchange. Allied was formed as an Oregon corporation in October 1997, to operate as a full line wholesaler of pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter and non-drug products and health and beauty aids. In 1998, Allied's gross sales were approximately $2.8 million. In 1999, gross sales exceeded $5 million. In 2000, gross sales exceeded $9 million. And Allied projects gross sales for 2001 to be approximately $20 million. The Company intends to build on the wholesale pharmaceutical operations of Allied. All future operations in the wholesale pharmaceutical industry will be conducted through Allied.
