Not true because I've presented you with two completely different but logical gaffe scenarios ... one involving Commodore Perry, the other Gen. Douglas MacArthur. Either GWB is ignorant of history or else he needs to practice his speeches better ... devaluation vs. deflation ... century and a half vs. half a century. Which raises another point: Was the phrase "axis of evil" something other than what was written for him?
