No confidence, no rally, Bleak consumer confidence leaves the markets flat. What will Greenspan do?

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Beatrix Potter kind of market, right? We got Flopsy, we got Mopsy. We got Topsy and Turvy too. (I don't know from Cottontail.) Hey, let's all go bowling until June, OK? All right, you'd rather do archery. Why not? Wonder what Greenspan does? Tennis actually. He'll need more than that on Wednesday. On Tuesday the Dow fell 30 to 10,115, while the Naz slipped 3 to 1,766. Hey watch me, Buster Douglas (Packs a punch!), I mean Andy Serwer on CNN, CNNfn, and Headline News. Read Loose Change for a good riff on online gambling! Here's wazzup:

STOCKYARD/ENRON Jump down, turn around, pick a bail of cotton. That's what I feel like right here! Housing up! Consumer confidence down! (But Kathleen Hays called it!) ... There was a rumor that U.S. special forces had landed in Iraq. That sent the market a-flurrying (Yes! A word!) ... Greenspan on Wednesday! I'm not sure where he's going with it, but he is sure to touch on Tuesday's very depressing consumer confidence numbers. How could he not? And what could you possibly expect!
