Hi Eric, I had seen the GPW thread, visited their web site and have responded to Shirley Owen's detailed points.

I have been following and investing in the Year2000 sector for a while - the ones with the goods will do well. But unquestionably, some will be left holding the bag in some of these stocks.

As for the $4.90 closing for GPW on Friday, there is not enough information that I can see for me to even attempt a judgement. But if you missed this one, don't despair - I suspect that many IS consulting services companies will be climbing aboard this Year2000 gravy train as time goes on so there should be more IPOs. Count on it!

Shirley I hope I didn't come across too negative in my reply to you - SI ran me out of time before I could edit for "tone". As for GPW itself, it seems like a decent company so best of luck to you and the company. Should more information be forthcoming, I may join you at the right price and time.
