I just got that phone call and per the persons request I won't
use his name. I got a lot of info in a short time so I hope I
understood it correctly.
Jack, He said he has never seen the stock and said to call Holiday
at (602)840-9091 for that info.
Lawyer for Patroclas is John Bates. Phone# (801)539-8776
Fax# (801) 539-8779 this is in Salt Lake City. He said this is the
best way to voice concerns to Stamm and strongly suggested shareholders do so.
Patroclas is the only "Tight Hole" bandit.
Kevin Maloney is still a director but is not a happy camper. Seems
he hasn't been told the results of the drilling and feels he and
the shareholders should have been informed by now.
Rumor: They did find something.
Person said NAE has recieved about $980,000 so far for drilling,
and operation cost from the placement.If I understood him
correctly he said they will have to clean up their act before they
get any more.
In general he said many people are very pissed off about this
tight hole status and complete lack of news. In his opinion
and others he said it should never have gone on this long.
His best advice was to call and or fax this John Bates and
have him get the message to Stamm that we want some damm news
and we want to know where the web page is!!
Best I could do people. Guess you can tell I wasn't an english
major.
