AK: You have it correct. Actually the costs are fixed because they will never change in the future. How the fixed cost is divided over the output is indeed up to the output. Perhaps you should go to work for INTC as you seem to think that you have the sum of all knowledge that they lack. Why didn't Moore,Palevsky,Noyes and the rest of the early INTC founders see your star rising on the horizon and avail themselves of your wisdom so we would not have come to this horrible position where INTC is the world leader in microchips from flash memory to CPU's and soon telecommunication. Good luck to you and let me know when your ready to launch your version of INTC. JFD
