"Treasurys flatlined
Government bonds straddled the unchanged mark in early dealings as cautious investors had more than Greenspan to worry about: a massive Treasury offering in the shape of $25 billion in two-year notes is on the schedule. The issue will be auctioned in the afternoon.

The 10-year Treasury note was off 3/32 to yield 4.95 percent while the 30-year government bond erased 1/8 to yield 5.435 percent."

It looks like the offering in 2-year notes pushed the 10-year yield up a little this morning.

1099? I think the SP got above that on Monday - currently at about 1114.
