On the other hand, Saifun is alleging that AMD committed fraud since they incorporated Saifun's technology into AMD's patent applications. Ok I understand that is different. But do we know at all which technology and which AMD patents they are talking about. AMD does not make memory chips other than flash. Could it be flash? Cheers Cor
