Somebody is trying like hell to keep or bust the Naz back down today. The QQQ is trading about 16 to 20 cents below where it should be based on NDX which is what it tracks. NDX at 1421 / 40 points per QQQ = 35.52 on QQQ

QQQ is 35.35 and getting sold.

Plus there seems to be a bunch of CSCO sellers today.
