Ahh... I see what you're saying now.. We need more "biased" reporting in America's favor... <GG> Don't disagree with you there and I would agree that VOA should not be turned into a propaganda channel.. but there are so many alternatives that can be sublety utilized as "propaganda", or more appropriately.. accentuation media, focusing on specific aspects of American life and policy. And more, but it's how that bias is conveyed that's important. Personally, I think airing programs about immigrants to the US and how their lives have changed compared to how they once were in their former countries would be one step. But then again.. that would just create an influx of more immigrants looking for the "good life" or a raison d'etre. Escapism or self-realization??.. Whether through war, emigration, or extremist religious convictions, it all adds up to people trying to find a purpose in their lives, some destructive, others productive. Some want to destroy everything they've ever feared, and others want to build everything they've ever hoped for. Hawk
