I hoe they do it quick. Anytime you have 38,000+ folks in an organization, you know at least 25% of them are along for the ride. CSCO needs to wean off the freeloaders and stop diluting the stock. They know the market has slowed down massively since they built their workforce up. Take the necessary actions now to set themselves up for the future. Screw the top ten places to work for list. Get to steady profitability.
