LOL. Those same people they cut today, they're going to be wanting back in a year. I remember when the Asian Flu hit the world economy and everyone was pulling out of Asia and China. Instead, Cisco beefed up their investment and gained huge chunks of market share. Downturns are the time to get aggressive, not hunker down. Hunkering down is a loser's mentality. Having said that, I agree that companies should run lean. Lean companies always run 15-20% understaffed.
