Jeez, kvkkc1, you're a hard person. People aren't meat. They are human beings and they respond to humane treatment with increased loyalty and hard work. Chambers gets that. That's why I'm glad he's CEO and not you. Of course, I understand where you are coming from. You want to be coldly analytical wrt your investment. But business isn't all analytics. There is a huge people component that needs to be managed well and with subtlety to be successful. People like Roth, Lay, and McGinn didn't understand that and look at the result to their organizations. Chambers does and Cisco's business has held up pretty well in comparison. So think twice before you make broad, sweeping statements like that.
